We value where we spend our time and money, and we know you do to. We have curated a list of spaces that either we support or have supported us as small business owners. We value the importance of community and engagement and we hope you will consider supporting our friends too.
You'll find that most spots are in the NC Triangle area (just like us)! And yes, it is the TRIANGLE and NOT Raleigh-Durham :)
Collaborations and Partnerships:
Crude Bitters (Raleigh, NC) If you're looking to take your bevvies to the next level, Crude has you covered. Lindsay and Craig are the dynamic duo behind this space and they are actually our first collaboration. We launched a line of candles to compliment their outstanding bitters.
Nauti Life (Washington, NC) We met Gennia through our friend Brian, she runs a terrific shop over in Washington, NC (yes, NC - not DC!). They offer quite the collection of coastal goodies, including a few custom candles that we collaborted with them on, be sure to check them out next time you're in town!
Littlest Shoppe (at Little Native) Ashleigh gave us our first big retail break where we sold our fragrance collection at the Littlest Shoppe (inside Little Native Coffee). The team at Little Native has been so awesome, they even helped us with our very first pop-up; be sure to support them whether through a quick cup of coffee or buying from other local makers in the Littlest Shoppe.
Our Favorite Triangle Spots
Retail and Services:
Father and Son Vintage (Raleigh, NC) - Great selection of vintage finds, a little bit of everything! Furtniture, clothing, accessories, records and more!
Deco (Raleigh, NC) - A Raleigh staple, lots of local goodies from decor to food, to the perfect gift for the special occasion!
Black Bird Books (Raleigh, NC) - A safe space for all folks to enjoy a cup of coffee or to find a new book.
Holl and Stone (Garner, NC) - A true gift to the Garner community, awesome folks offering a mix of community space (with llamas and other farm animals), retail, plant nursery, and more!
Fluid Community Garage (Durham, NC) - There's a running joke in the queer community about auto-repair shops being intimidating, but you won't have that fear here. A true safe space for all folks to have EXPERT car repair and maintenance done.
Food:
Bold Batch Creamery - The BEST ice cream in the USA, lucky to have them here in Raleigh and Maura is serving up some flavors you have most likely never heard of!
Willow House Coffee - Good people with stellar coffee and an inviting space to rest, work or gather. Huge bonus, they are strong supporters of the small business community.
Hutchin's Garage (Durham, NC) - Parking garage? No. Damn good pizza? Yes. Good folks serving GREAT food in the Bull City. While they don't have an official website, check out the menu!
Parts & Labor (Durham, NC) - I am noticing a Durham trend, food spots that you might mistake for auto-repair. P&L serves STELLAR global inspired street food and is a great space to just hang with friends!
Omie's Coffee (Durham, NC) - Woman-owned, low-waste cafe serving all the classics and huge shout-out to their promise of a living wage for all employees!
